I want to know why I am told I have no funds on my account

I put 60 on my account yesterday for a $35 a month plan..today says i have no funds....I am livid this needs to be fixed today I am so sick of verizon

Making sur you have the correc balance on your account is our #1 goal progue56. You will need to call our Prepaid team at *611 from you rmobile phone. This team is not able to view prepaid accounts or access payment history. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
