There only seems to be a way to change the "type" of notification: email, text, phone.

There doesn't seem to be a mechanism to force a mailed bill.

We have missed payments when not getting a bill.

I thought I changed this online:

* Changed from text to paper and saved this.

* Still didn't get a bill. Went back in and found that it had been changed to text again

* Now when I go back it is back to text and there doesn't seem to be any mechanism to change to paper. The "Cancel" option seems to only cancel changes in the "type" of non-mail notification

* I'll now try calling support.

What a lousy interface for a big company.
