I just filed a Complaint to the FCC


I've been trying to get my service switched to 'Military Suspension' for five months now after moving to Europe.  Despite visits to the store, numerous phone calls, a registered letter to Verizon, emails and a self help web link to suspend service Verizon has not placed my service back on Military Suspension when they had first done so back in 2018.  So, after being a faithful customer for 12 years I've decided to cancel my service, which is not easy for me to do since I am no longer in the States.  My only recourse was to file a complaint with the FCC since I am being billed for a service I am not using, and Verizon offers no convienient way to cancel services though their online system.
