I am not receiving sms text from my security service on my phone. I have talked to the security people and they are sure the texts are being sent from there end. I have made sure the "check" is removed from "do not send email to text" in the spam area of Verizon and I don't know what else to try. Any help would sure be welcome. Thanks
I want to make sure you are able to receive your security texts, mepaul. You mentioned messages not working on your new phone, did they work with your previous phone? What device are you using? Are messages from your security service from a 10 digit number?
