For security reasons, your Account PIN is not listed anywhere online via your My Verizon account or through the My Verizon app. So you can better manage your account going forward, please visit www.vzw.com/PIN to update or change your Account PIN.
You can also update your Account PIN through your online My Verizon account via the steps below. Please keep us posted if you need any additional help.
Sign in to My Verizon.
Hover over My Profile and click My Profile & Settings.
Enter the New Account PIN and Re-type the new account PIN in the designated box.
Click submit to confirm.
Enter the PIN in New Account PIN and Re-type the New Account PIN.
