How do I take the Jetpack off my account?

I want to take the Jet Pak off the account and bill.  Can't seem to do it.  Suggestions.

call *611 or 1-800-922-0204 and tell the rep to remove it from your account.

If you owe a early termination fee for voiding out a contract it will appear on your invoice.

If the rep refuses to remove it, inform them of the Attorney General Complaint you will be filing or the court case to recoup any monies that are still being billed after you requested it to be removed.

Get a valid confirmation number after you make the change.

Thank You.  I just thought I could do it online.  Shouldn't be a problem to take off.  Just haven't used it for a long time.

Alas no cancelling online only over the phone or at a Verizon Corporate Store.
