Employee Discounts am currently abroad. My phone is suspended. I need to ask some urgent questions about the billing on my daughter's phone in the US.
Can't email. Can't even figure out the live chat - I click on the live chat tab and select an "I need help with .." option but nothing seems to happen after that.
The 1-800 number is not free from here and says there's a long wait - I don't want to burn through $50 or more waiting in a queue.
Are there any options you can suggest? What should happen with the live chat option?
