How do I confirm my account was actually cancelled? It still looks active.

I had a postpaid account with one phone and two tablets, but I called to cancel everything around February 7th.

I checked my account and it still shows two of the three devices as active. I made a follow up phone call on the 9th and they said it should automatically be corrected after a day or so, but I just checked and it still shows two devices still active.

How do I confirm that my plan was actually cancelled on the 7th? I don't have the sims anymore, so I can't pop them in to verify.

Verizon messaged me and asked to help out. The account was in a slightly odd state, but the support rep fixed it.

This is one thing I'll definitely miss from Verizon. Support's much easier to work with than the other carrier. I almost wish I still had a need for two carriers. Smiley Happy
