You can't cancel service on-line; you have to call Customer Service or visit your local Corporate Verizon store.

OK Thank You!  My daughter has service with another company through her mother but I'm still paying about 40 bucks a month for suspended service for her phone!  UGH!

Her number can be ported out once reactivated with mother’s account number and pin code.  That also cancels service.  If you’re not keeping her number, you have to call (mom has to)
