Call me stupid, but why can I track all call minutes and text minutes but not data usage? I went over my data for the first time in 10 years. Nothing has changed!

Mars13, I am sorry to hear that you went over your data unexpectedly. We do have many options for monitoring and tracking your data usage. You can check your data usage at anytime by dialing #DATA, or by logging on to My Verizon Mobile. Additional options for monitoring usage can be found at the link below:
