That can be a loaded question especially when you haven't provided any information about your current plan or what device you want to use the hotspot with.
Some plans have the mobile hotspot feature included and other plans don't have it included automatically or at all. If the plan doesn't have the mobile hotspot feature included, but it might be available for for an additional fee on top of the plan charge.
