I bought a phone and cancelled it right away. The order was shipped and sent back right away.
The warehouse confirmed receiving it and I keep still getting charges for equipment. Have called
customer service many time and most of the time their is no manager or supervisor available
and if you insist to bring someone they just hang up.
I have been Verizon customer for 17 years and now when the contract comes up I am switching. Verizon
wireless has grown and they don't care for their customer.
