Verizon would not honor the bill amount that I have in writing from a representative. Totally disappointed, after I return the watches and my activation fee is credited to my account I will be canceling all 4 of our family lines and finding a new carrier. All this over a measly difference of $11.54 a month for 24 months. Never again will I recommend their services, and I have been with them over 20 years- back when cell phones were car phones.

We certainly don't want you to feel frustration with your billing and want to get to the bottom of this. What charges on your bill are incorrect? StanleyC_VZW
