I tried to adjust my Familybase usage limits for two of the lines on my account and after I type in the new limit I'm interested in, I get an error message "Usage allowances update failed".
Feeling frustrated that a change that should have taken me 2 minutes is turning into a half-hour endeavor.
Any advice from anyone?

Seems to be allowing me to set correctly now. Temporary glitch on verizon end I guess.
