Extremely slow data

My data download speeds are always between .17 and 2.3 on the unlimited plan. Why are the speeds so slow?  I came over from T-Mobile and am considering going back as they were always between 8 and 12.  I am at ZIP code 72956 and I am using a Samsung S9+.

zach_ostermiller, making sure that you have fantastic coverage is a must and I want to help fix this. I would be saddened to see you leave the Verizon family and would like to turn this around as well. I have reviewed the 72956 area and found no service issues to report. Is this issue happening indoors/outdoors or both? Are others experiencing this issue? When did this issue begin?
