You have 14 days to exchange for a different phone. Verizon Wireless Return Policy | Verizon Wireless

Nanaeof14, I'm very sorry to see you are not pleased with your new device. We always want to make sure every customer loves their new device. Can you tell me more about why the device isn't a good fit for you? Ann154 is correct, we do have a 14-day return policy to return the device.
