Entering my thrid billing cycle, still see no employee discount on my bill?

I know it takes one-two billing cycle to see a discount on my bill. I am now into my third one and my discount has not kicked in. Yes I have verified my employment... WTF?

Jim356, We definitley know the importance of ensuring you receive any discounts, promised for your account. What type of discount were you expecting? Which plan do you have with us currently? Please share more details so we can ensure this is taken care of.

The single line plans are not eligible for the employee discounts since they are already a discounted plan.
