I have been trying for the last month to validate my discount using both my email address and a paystub and continue to get an error message that says the information doesn't match my user profile. I completed this same process for the last 3 years with no issues. I have called several times and keep being told they are surprised it's still an issue because it was fixed and try again later. They are also stating it takes up to 30 days to process and I could loss my discount if I don't complete the process and there is nothing they can do on their side to help me with verification. Is anyone else having this problem?
