Double charge

I paid my first verizone phone bill through the my Verizon app and they took out two separate withdraws for the amount of the bill. My bill was 187 and they withdrew it twice. They said I would get it back eventually.  Anyone else had this problem? It is unacceptable.

First of all I will never do an auto pay and that's the reason why. Also if you made a normal payment and hit the back key, chances are that you cause the double payment by sending it twice by mistake of course.
