Hi.I have got sms:

There's a credit on your account.We applied 50$ to your monthly plan.Your card wasn't charged.

But it WAS CHARGED.So I have got - 50$ from Verizon account,and -50$ from debit card.Fix this please and return my money,or do next month free)))))Thank's

Call them.  The community is not a direct line to Verizon
