I know we are eligible with unlimited plans but the app is not showing when try to add on to the verzion account. Clearly we are not the only ones going through this. There is a bug, be it an accidental bug or a purposely made bug there is one. Hopefully it is fixed before the limited time offer is over.

same problem. been waiting for a call back for 3 hours. called back again this time put on speaker phone and waited 45 minutes said they would transfer me to disney support but just disconnected.
