Disney+ not working

I got unlimited and signed up for 1 year free, used it a few times and now when I log in it says I have to resubscribe? But when I go to add ons in my account it doesn't even show up the option for Disney+. Someone help me fix this

been dealing with this for over 4 hours now. no one has any anwers. they keep blaming each other.

Verizon claims it "got canceled somehow" yet dont know how, when/why or how to fix it.
