I get a text on my phone saying that I need to renew so I click the link and I get a verizon logon page which I am assuming I need to log on to. That is not correct. The page is easy to get lost on, but if you scroll down to the first right arrow then click on it, it sends you to a work email verification.
I clicked on the work email verification and it comes up and says the link is expired. I did this several times. I finally got on the support chat and got a direct link which finally work.
Needless to say, the account is under my wifes phone number and I have to do account verification through her phone.
It just seems like it could be more user friendly. I'm just saying....
