Disconnect Fees

I never received any type of message from verizon that my service was going to be suspended.  I logged in to make a payment arrangement and my services had already been suspended, so I got him with $100 in reconnect fees.  Is there anyway to get some if not all of them removed?

You should reach out to the financial services department at 866.266.1445 to make payment arrangements and reconnect your service.
