For two months in a row I've received a text message that I have used 75%, then 90%, then 100% of my data usage about 1/2-way through the billing cycle. When I log onto my account it says I have used less than 20% of my monthly allowance. Data usage becomes restricted even when my account indicates I am under 20% of data usage.
donnakramer, That is strange that you are receiving data utilization notifications that aren't correct. I am here to assist. What make and model device are you having issues with? Can you provide more information on the message you are receiving? Are you using our smart family or any other feature that could set restrictions on your data?
