Since I changed phones, my data usage according to Verizon has increased by about 12GB, however I'm not using this phones data more frequent than my last. As a result, you're raping me with charges! Fix this problem please, and then adjust my account accordingly. Thanks for your prompt attention an response.

Which phone did you have and which one do you have now? Could you be watching videos or other media at a higher quality then previously? What does your current phone say it using the most data?
