In the last 6 months, out of nowhere, going over data limits. Why? Nothing has changed in data usage. I have been billed an extra $15 on this months bill. I have no intention of paying it. If I cannot get a straight answer as to why I am suddenly going over my data limit I will not hesitate switching my mobile carrier. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years!
Your phone and online can give you clues to where the data went. How much did you go over? What apps are using data? What services does Verizon say used the data. What self checking have you done to see if data was used? How long have you had the 5C? How much data is in your plan?
Good luck with that no intention of paying, they will just add late fees and you will be in even worse shape.
