I am recieving data usage alert Texts prompting me to BUY MORE data.....even though my account online says that I still have plenty!! I have tried to get this handled through Live Chat as well as speaking to a representative. Alas, I got another alert yet again today!! This is illegal PHishing in my opinion...anyone else out there having the same issue??
Unwanted messages can get frustrating swok. Allow us to get to the bottom of these messages you are receiving. To ensure they are valid messages being sent from us, can you verify the number or email address these messages are coming from? When did you start receiving these messages?
