Customer Survey



I have spent some time trying to work my way into the Verizon Bill as the owner. I am glad that everyone today, excluding my first call, was on the roll. They got me a plan I share only with Verizon and Ken is the one i can thank for this. Working out of Customer Support he was the least likely candidate to have the knowledge of the paperwork i needed and the skill to get it done in minutes. If anything i want Ken to teach the first lady that answered the line how to work Customer Support.
