Actually nothing about the phone per se but the incredibly poor customer service of the financial department. They are punishing me for 6 months due to their failure to communicate properly when I switched to this carrier. I will tell everyone I can to stay away from Verizon and encourage them to switch if they made the mistake of going with this carrier.
Without more details, it's tough to say who's at fault. 6 months of billing you just missed? Did you miss some contract details when you signed on or were they misrepresented to you? I'm not the first to defend Verizon, but I've heard too many stories where the "victim" was really just not paying attention.
