Billing issues not resolved even after 9 months. Im told one thing and it never happens. Verizon keeps trying to collect for phones they have received on Edge program returned. I proved I have returned phones and they still will not give me the credit even after saying Im owed it. Im at witts end with Verizon, their too big to care. Im hoping one of the representatives sees this and helps.
