I disconnected one of my 5 lines today and requested a $20 credit for the upcoming monthly service charges for that line. I was denied with no reason given. That is how much Verizon appreciate their customers of 16 years. What a joke.

Cancelations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle. You won't be prorated if you cancel in the middle of the billing cycle. It is spelled out in the Customer Agreement.

We truly value your 16 years of loyalty and always want to see you happy, HBoutros. We're disappointed to learn there was not more conversation around why your credit was denied. We normally do not apply adjustments unless there was a charge in our error. Please tell us more about what the $20.00 credit was requested for.
