This is the 4th straight month that Verizon is charging me a monthly fee for a phone I returned and they confirmed they received. I've talked to different CSRs and each has given a different excuse, ranging from it will take 48 hours to claiming the charge is for the iPhone I bought full price. Each time they claimed to speak with their manager and each time claimed to make notes on my account. Every time I contact customer service I jump through hoops for an hour to "verify information." This is obviously an unacceptable way to rip off a loyal customer. I will be cancelling my account and contacting an attorney about recovering the fees I have been charged for a phone in verizon's possession.
