Cannot View or Download PDF of Current Bill

I received a message from Verizon that my bill is ready (as of several days ago).  When I click the "View PDF" button, I receive the message "

The document you requested could not be found for the date specified. Please choose a different date or try again later.

 

How do I resolve this?

Bill_L1, we always want you to have full access to your billing statements. As a consumer myself, I know how important it is to know exactly what you pay for. When attempting to view this statement are you doing so from the app or a computer? Are you receiving this message when selecting any older statements?
