Can't chat with representative

I can't find an option to chat online with a representative anymore and when I call I get disconnected within 30 mins before any answer

I've found that when logged in with my PC, going to My Verizon->My Billing->View My Bill will cause a CHAT button to pop up, bottom right.  There may be other choices as well that cause a CHAT button to appear.

...Just another VZW customer...trying to offer some assistance...

I'm so sorry you haven't been able to get through, NORMANPALINSKEY. When you try to Chat, are you logged into My Verizon? www.vzw.com If a representative is available, a pop-up option will appear.

 

Otherwise, is there something we can assist you with right here? We also have Social Media channels, such as Facebook, (www.facebook.com/verizon), as well as Twitter, (@VZWSupport).
