Can't access message log details on one of my lines online


For the last two days I am unable to access my message details on My Verizon one of my wireless lines on my account.  The message details for that line show 1171 messages used, but the message log where the to and from text messages with the numbers currently only says "You do not have any Message usage since your last statement for the selected device.".  A Verizon customer service rep. told me it is a server problem.  How long this will take to be repaired?  I have a ticket number and try calling Tech Support but nobody answers.
