So, this is a stupid question but I am trying to "chat" with Verizon but they keep telling me that their chat function is offline and that they will be back by 7am ET. Trouble is, it's way past that and still they are offline. Anyone else has the same issue?
Just asking because I moved abroad, need to cancel my 2 plan and find no other way to contact them. Thanks.

I've cancelled lines and removed watches thru chat more than once. Watch removed about 2 months ago, so unless they've changed something you can.
