Call logs older than 90 days

When I try to view call logs older than 90 days, it tells me I’m restricted from viewing. I really need to get my logs from 2018, but Verizon just won’t let me acces them for some reason. I’ve read many “solutions” on how to get them, so I don’t need to know how to do that, I just need to know what’s going on with Verizon, or if I need to make a special request. Time is of the essence!
