Was told I 'was eligible' to get a tablet for $50. I was emphatic that I didn't want my bill to increase and was assured it wouldn't. Lo and behold, there is now a fee for tablet use, (which was kind of pushed on me to begin with) since phone service for tablets has gone live. Never had an issue before, not sure who to contact about this, esp after cs rep didn't have any ideas.
you'd have to contact the store and work it out with them. ultimately there was a contract or device payment that was agreed to. tablet lines are $10 a month so you'll have to look into returning it if you want it off your bill
