This is continuing issue, new Google pic 3, then new sim card, then new Google pic 3. Nov 2019 when got new phone continuing issue. Drops 6 out of 12 calls in house in NC, in car anywhere, 60 miles in VA. The network people for Verizon say 3 out of 265 calls dropped. Very incorrect. I have one phone this cell. I have medical issues and must have dependable phone. Verizon not fixing issue, nor let me have different type phone. Verizon is being paid for a service they can not provide. And not providing real customer service. Ever phone call is 30 min to 2.5 hrs. Every trip to store is 1 hour wait. I am so disgusted with Verizon when I get next phone it will NOT be with Verizon. No way out of their contract, more money, less service. Continual passed off and lack of responsible company ethics.
