Lately, my Backup Assistant on my Convoy shows an error message "!Error You entered an invalid PIN. Please enter your PIN again." I click OK and see "Enter your PIN to proceed. [box for my PIN] Don't know your PIN? Press #" I enter my PIN and it connects to Backup Assistant for a short time and then the Error message show up again. When I use the # to get my PIN resent to me, it sends the right PIN.
Why is it so flaky? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
