BOGO = SCAM

I've been 10+ hours on the phone on numerious occasions trying to get the BOGO credit that was promised and not getting anywhere.  I've heard "we'll launch and investigation and get back to you" to "we've had a system glitch" and many more reasons and still no resolution.  The fact Verizon continues to offer a BOGO promotion and can't figure out how to execute it, it beyond unacceptable!!!  I feel as if Verizon, as a company, seems to be losing it status as the premier wireless provider with their poor promises and customer service.  Anyone have any tips on how to get this resolved becuase the calling and launching investigations are not helping!   #angry #bogoscam

Did you follow the terms and condtions of the BOGO promotion to qualify for it?
