Hello. My BOGO credit is no longer on my bill. I previewed my bill for next month and it’s gone? I am on the installment plan - I purchased a total of 4 IPhone XR’s in December 2018. I paid for two and I got two free IPhone XR’s. So up until September bill, I was being credited $62.50 for two iPhones. As of my last bill (August) I have already paid 21 of 24 installments. So I should only owe $200 on both phones by the time I pay it off. However, the September bill does not have the credits of $31.33 per line for the BOGO. The fine print says for all lines 22 of 24, $99.99 remaining. I find this strange because I did not change plans. Nothing has changed in my contract to justify that the BOGO credit to vanish. This is very shady business practice. My bill went up $65 this upcoming bill for what reason? I’ve been paying the same amount consistently since I purchased the BOGO phones and plans. Anyone else have this problem? I really like Verizon but I don’t like how shady they are.
