I've been a Verizon customer for the last 5 months and I've had nothing but issues! My bill has been incorrect the last 3 months and just discovered that I have not been getting the $10 off a month for signing up for auto pay and paperless billing because I'm using a credit card.
Not once did the sales rep advise me that this is only applicable to checking account/debit card transactions. Not to mention, I would never provide my checking account info to later be hacked by someone either internally at Verizon or hacked from an outside entity.
This is a joke! For anyone out there who is considering moving away from your cell provider beware! I should have never left AT&T. Oh and just so you know... ATT offers the discounts to their customers who are using Autopay with a CREDIT CARD!!
