I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge at a store in person, and I specifically asked for insurance coverage. I gave Verizon a call about a week later to ask some question about the device, and I also asked whether or not insurance was applied on the device, and upon checking my account, the Verizon employee told me that it wasn't, so I asked AGAIN to put insurance on my device.
Now, I am checking my bill and it seems as though insurance was NOT added on despite me asking TWICE. It's past the 14-day period during which insurance can be added, so I am extremely frustrated about the situation. I WILL need insurance coverage during the 2 years I will hold my phone, and if I can't add insurance now, what am I supposed to do?
Can this be corrected? Who should I talk to and what should I show in order to get this sorted out?
