Anyone know how to contact Verizon from abroad? Live Chat seems to be gone these days...

We have a cell phone with a Verizon SIM card that's supposed to enable calling from outside the US, but it's not working, and I have no idea how to contact Verizon from here. I've tried "LIVE CHAT" several times now but it seems to be permanently closed. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
