I'd call them from my phone but the problem is my phone is broken. I'm extremely dissatisfied with my service an would like to see what options they can offer me before i switch to Sprint.

I dont have access to another phone sadly, and i've tried live chat, but they keep telling me to call that number.
No friends, neighbors, relatives, pay phones, etc...?
