Why am I being charged an additional $10 per number this month?

Accurate billing is the name of our game. Since this is a community forum, we don't have access to your account currently. What type of device are you seeing a charge for? Have you changed anything with your account? Removed Auto Pay, changed plans, etc? Please share some more details so that we can better assist.

Did you pay the bill with a credit card instead of checking account or debit card? If so, you voided the qualifications needed for the autopay and paperless billing discount.
