Hello, I have purchased 6 lines under my account from Target on 2/9/17. I had some issues with connectivity and need to cancel the services on 2/11. Now in my final bill Activation fee was included.
When I called CS, they agreed that it shouldn't be there as I cancel before 3 days. But they said they can't remove it from bill, I need to go back to store and ask them to remove it. When I went to Target, they said, its not in their hands, Verizon has to do it. I am totally confused, how to manage this. Need help.
