Our company has two accounts. I was trying to combine them into one account. However two of the lines were not eligible to be transferred. I cannot access their account now because one of lines that did transfer was the account managers line. I ended up applying for a new password for the account but when I used it, it just allowed access to one of the remaining lines and access was limited because it was not account imagers line.
We understand the importance of managing all of your wireless lines, efficiently. I apologize. Both accounts must be registered separately as these accounts have different account numbers. As a result, each account will have it's own log in ID and password. I hope that this information is helpful to you.
